SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping: Free Shipping with any purchase $100 & over!!!

  • All orders process and ship Monday - Friday and sometimes on Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

  • When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most orders are shipped same day. However, please allow 3-5 business days after order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, tracking number and carrier information to track your order. 

Please note, we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the post office, upon your tracking number.

We are also not responsible for lost packages or packages that show confirmation of delivery by the deliver company (UPS, DHL, ETC). We go by the delivery confirmation of the carrier. 
 

Local Pick Up (When available): 

Local pick up is available for Sun City Center, Tampa, Ruskin, Gibsonton, Apollo Beach and Riverview, surrounding Florida areas.

If interested, this option will need to be selected at check out! Once Purchase order is received, with valid contact (email/phone) information. Notification will be sent within 1-2 hours to set up pick up time and location. 

Pick Up days are Monday-Friday, between the hours of 4:30PM - 8:30PM and Saturday - 10AM 6:30PM only. Sunday - Closed (Must be prearranged).

If you do not live in the areas listed above or able to meet at the designated times, please select shipping to avoid any inconveniences😊

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Closet Connect Terms and Conditions/Return Policy:

The Closet Connect understands that ordering online is not always an easy task, so we want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.

  • Only apparel items that has not been worn, damaged items due to manufacturer or order was processed incorrect upon receipt will returned. Please email shop@connectcloset.com or send text message within 48hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to process your return.

  • Upon review and approval, all items are to be returned to       The Closet Connect Boutique within 30 business days for refund. Once item is received, refund will issued.  Please send approved merchandise to:

  • To ensure package arrives safely, please obtain a tracking number for the returned package, in case the package is lost on its way back to The Closet Connect. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

  • Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt, and will not be processed.

  • Discounted, items purchased on promotion, clearance, bodysuits, and swimsuits are final sale.

 

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
